Shipping

There is no shipping fee. No hidden costs - all orders are shipped absolutely FREE!

All orders are shipped from China

Usually, your order is processed within 48 hours. Please, allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. USA orders are usually delivered in 2-10 business days, but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

We are NOT responsible for any customs or duty tax. Please, check with your local customs regulations.

Returns

If you wish to return the product, you may do so within 7 days after the delivery (we will check the shipping carrier date stamp). The buyer pays all shipping costs.

The product has to be returned undamaged, with all tags and boxed. Unfortunately, we cannot return your money, if the product is missing any tags, booklets or boxes and/or has any damages or signs of usage.

Before returning the product, please contact us at info@chillisorbet.com to explain the problem and obtain the Authorization Code. We will not accept the product and will not refund the money without the Authorization Code.

Refunds

You may apply for full refund and return the product within 7 days after the delivery.

If your item is seized at China customs, we will refund 100% in store credit and will either ship the same good again or you may choose the other item(s) for the same ammount. We can only refund it once per customer.

If your item is seized at your customs, we will refund 30% in store credit. We can only refund in once per customer.
